2026-07Local MCP PoC — Zero-crypto proof: an LLM round-trips through EthereumJS via a local MCP server.

2026-09-01Amsterdam pipeline (target) — First pipeline live on the already-implemented Amsterdam EIPs.

2026-Q4x402 + token discounts — Linear per-gas USDC pricing on Base; tiered token-holder discounts.

Phases

Phase 1 · Side Project (Sep 2025 – Jun 2026)

Started for fun, out of a need to better explain and educate on protocol updates and to help close the gap between the Ethereum protocol and the application layer.

• 2025-09-11 — First commit on GitHub.

Phase 2 · Funded & Focused (Jun 2026)

The Bankr community token launched at the start of June and was claimed on Friday, June 5 — bringing new urgency, initial ~2-month funding, and a regular work schedule.

• 2026-06-05 — Bankr community token claimed.
• 2026-06-06 — Twitter / X set up.
• 2026-06 — New explorations built (EIP-8024, BAL, …).

Phase 3 · Sustainable Business (Jun 2026 →)

Evolve into a sustainable business: a deterministic future Ethereum protocol API & MCP server for AI agents — simulating upcoming forks, EIPs, and research, not today's mainnet — built in parallel to the website. Right now this phase is mostly conceptualization — turning the strategy into concrete designs, then into code. The forward markers below are targets, not commitments:

• 2026-07 — Local zero-crypto MCP PoC (target) — prove the LLM↔EthereumJS round-trip with one wrapped tool.
• 2026-09-01 (target) — First pipeline live on the already-implemented Amsterdam EIPs.
• 2026-Q4 (target) — x402 linear pricing on Base + tiered token discounts.
• Later — Enterprise annual tier and revenue→token loop, "when they come".
